Abstract
The invention provides a pedaling work computing method, a computing system and intelligent pedals. By virtue of a computing system, work done by a user who pedals a bicycle device is computed, wherein the bicycle device comprises the intelligent pedals which are arranged at the ends, relative to a fluted disc, of cranks and orientation sensors which are used for detecting rotating angles of the cranks. According to the method, pedaling force of the user exerting on the intelligent pedals is detected by virtue of pressure sensors on the intelligent pedals, and the rotating angles of the crankswhen the intelligent pedals are pedaled by the user are detected by virtue of the orientation sensors, so that work done by the user on the intelligent pedals is computed in accordance with the pedaling force which is detected at various time points within a force application time interval of the user and the rotating angles of the cranks. With the application of the technical solution, the workdone by the user who pedals the pedals of the bicycle can be precisely computed.
