Abstract

一種軟碳材料之負極的預鋰化方法,包含以下步驟,首先,以一不大於5C的第一恆定預鋰化充放電率對該負極充電至一不大於0.3V的第一電壓,接著,以一不大於0.2C的第二恆定預鋰化充放電率對該負極充電至一小於該第一電壓的第二電壓,最後,以一不大於該第二電壓的恆定預鋰化電壓對該負極充電,而完成該負極的預鋰化。此外,還提供一種包含以前述步驟預鋰化的負極的非對稱式鋰離子超級電容器。 A pre-lithiation method of a negative electrode of a soft carbon material includes the following steps: firstly, charging the negative electrode at a first constant pre-lithiation charging and discharging rate of not more than 5C to a first voltage of not more than 0.3V; then charging the negative electrode at a second constant pre-lithiation charging and discharging rate of not more than 0.2C to a second voltage less than the first voltage; and finally charging the negative electrode at a constant pre-lithiation voltage of not more than the second voltage. In this way, the negative electrode is pre-lithiated. In addition, this invention further provides an asymmetric lithium-ion supercapacitor including a negative electrode pre-lithiated by means of the above steps.
