Abstract
The invention provides a radiation heat dissipation device which comprises a radiation heat dissipation layer, the radiation heat dissipation layer is composed of a plurality of polarization materials with high energy gaps, each polarization material is provided with at least one light scattering unit and a heat radiation unit, the light scattering unit can interact with solar radiation to generate scattering, and the heat radiation unit can emit heat to the radiation heat dissipation layer. The heat radiation unit can interact with heat radiation and gain the energy intensity of the heat radiation.
