Abstract
One kind of biomedical superparamagnetic nanoparticles and manufacture method thereof are provided in this patent claim. The manufacture method of superparamagnetic nanoparticles comprise following constituents: a suspension which includes calcium phosphate nanoparticles, and a metal ion solution which includes magnetic metal ions. Then, the suspension and the metal ion solution are well-mixed. The pH value of the mixture is adjusted to basic condition by adding an alkaline solution. Next, hot water bath is treated for a defined period of time followed by accompanying with the epitaxial growth of magnetic metal ions oh the surface of the calcium phosphate nanoparticles. Finally, collecting and separating calcium phosphate particles from the above solution, which contains magnetic metal crystalline. The calcium phosphate particles possessing magnetic metal crystalline on the surface have a superparamagnetic property and are with potential to be used in the biomedical fields.
