Abstract
A magnetic encoder that measures deviation of a rotating axle comprises a ring-shaped base and a magnetic encoding unit. The ring-shaped base is made of a magnetically conductive material and comprises a first surface and a second surface that are opposite to each other. The magnetic encoding unit is disposed on one of the first surface and the second surface of the ring-shaped base and comprises multiple first magnetic poles and second magnetic poles that are alternately arranged as concentric circles around a central axis of the ring-shaped base. Further, the present invention also provides a magnetic encoding device for mounting on a rotating axle in order to carry out measurement of deviation of the rotating axle. The magnetic encoding device comprises the previously-discussed encoder and a sensor. The encoder is arranged as surrounding the rotating axle. The sensor is arranged as being spaced from the magnetic encoder in a manner of corresponding to the magnetic encoding unit.
