Abstract
A method of metallization for surface of substrate includes the steps of: providing a silicon substrate having a surface; modifying the surface with a silane compound; making the surface be attached with a plurality of colloidal nano particles, each of the particles includes at least one nano particle and at least one polymer capping the at least one nano particle; and electroless-plating the surface.
