Abstract
The present invention provides a manufacturing method of metal transfer film, including: forming a metal layer on a substrate of which surface has a temporary layer, wherein the metal layer is formed on the temporary layer; laminating a fluorine rubber layer on the metal layer; and separating the metal layer and the temporary layer. This invention further provides a metal transfer film structure and a manufacturing method of organic light-emitting diode.
