Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a perovskite crystal. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing, crystallization, dilution and recrystallization, wherein in the mixing step,a first precursor a second precursor which reach a supersaturated concentration are added to a solvent so as to form a mixture, and in the crystallization step, the mixture is stirred so as to carryout a reaction between the first precursor and the second precursor in the mixture and form perovskite powder; and in the dilution step, a solvent is added to the perovskite powder under stirring so as to dissociate the perovskite powder in the solvent and form a clear solution, and in the recrystallization step, a seed crystal is added to the clear solution so as to achieve crystal growth on theseed crystal and form the perovskite crystal. In the way, the time for preparing the precursor clarification solution can be shortened greatly, and the crystal-form regularity of the perovskite crystal can be improved.
