Abstract
A method for sustained expression of an exogenous gene forms a circular plasmid to solve the problem of transient expression of baculovirus in the transduced mammalian cell caused by the dilution and degradation when the mammalian cell replicates. The present invention also prevents dysfunctional cell metabolism.
