Abstract
The present invention relates to a periodically poled Electro-optic crystals Bragg deflector. When an electric field is applied on this periodically poled electro-optic crystal, there is a periodically refractive index modulation. This electro-optic crystal with a periodical refractive index modulation can be a Bragg deflector. The present invention is also related to an actively Q-switched laser system using this periodically poled electro-optic crystals Bragg deflector as an electro-optic laser Q-switch.
