本發明提供一種非勻相鎳系氧化鋁載體觸媒的製備方法,其包含進行溶液準備步驟、進行滴加步驟、進行一第一鍛燒步驟以及進行一第二鍛燒步驟。溶液準備步驟用以製備前驅物溶液。滴加步驟用以將前驅物溶液負載於載體上。第一鍛燒步驟用以得到氧化態觸媒,第二鍛燒步驟用以得到非勻相鎳系氧化鋁載體觸媒。藉此,本發明可調控非勻相鎳系氧化鋁載體觸媒的配方以達最適化功能性,可有效地應用於催化聚丙二醇還原胺化反應,以合成聚醚胺。
The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating a heterogeneous nickel-based catalyst on aluminum oxide support. The method includes a solution preparation step, a drop-cast step, a first calcining step, and a second calcining step. The solution preparation step is provided for preparing a precursor solution. The drop-cast step is provided for dropping the precursor on the support. The first calcining step is provided for obtaining an oxidation state catalyst. The second calcining step is provided for obtaining the heterogeneous nickel-based catalysts on aluminum oxide support. Accordingly, the present disclosure can control the condition of the heterogeneous nickel-based catalysts on aluminum oxide support to achieve high activity and good operation stability. The heterogeneous nickel-based catalysts on aluminum oxide support can be used to catalyze reductive amination of propylene glycol to synthesize the polyetheramine.
