Abstract
The invention provides a multi-shaft intelligent glue spraying system for mixed-line production of the shoe soles. In the multi-shaft intelligent glue spraying system for mixed-line production of the shoe soles, a conveying mechanism conveys the first shoe soles and the second shoe soles to a working platform in sequence, and the first shoe soles and the second shoe soles located on the working platform have different geometrical shapes and arrangement orientations. A camera successively shoots the first shoe soles and the second shoe soles on the working platform to obtain first depth data and second depth data representing the first shoe sole and the second shoe soles. A processor generates a first glue spraying processing parameter and a second glue spraying processing parameter according to template data and glue spraying processing data stored in the database and the first depth data and the second depth data. A multi-shaft glue sprayer is electrically connected to the processor and sprays glue to the first shoe soles and the second shoe soles on the working platform according to the first glue spraying processing parameter and the second glue spraying processing parameter. Therefore, automatic elastic glue spraying operation of different soles can be achieved.
