Abstract
The invention relates to a food safety detection apparatus and a production method thereof. The detection apparatus comprises a wood fiber base material. A sampling zone and a reaction zone are arranged on the wood fiber base material. At least a chemical detection reagent is provided in the reaction zone. A sample to-be-detected can be absorbed by the sampling zone. The sample to-be-detected moves to the reaction zone on the wood fiber base material, and is subjected to a reaction with the chemical detection reagent. The invention also provides the production method. The apparatus and the method have the advantages of simple operation, safety and rapid analysis.
