Abstract
The present invention relates to a simple structure and manufacture, but also a light emitting diode display with excellent efficiency. In one embodiment, a display is arranged on a substrate. A nanorod array is divided into a first, a second, and a third sub-pixel. To operate the sub-pixel, two electrodes are vertically arranged. In another embodiment, a method of the present invention is characterized to form the sub-pixel for displaying basic colors on a conductive substrate and to simplify the processes.
