Abstract
The innovated CMOS compatible digital temperature and humidity sensor has high sensitivity and digital outputs that it includes one temperature sensor, one capacitive humidity sensor and one signal processing unit. For the humidity sensor, the sensing material is spread between inter-digit electrodes and on top of the electrodes that offers higher sensitivity and faster response.
