Environment-based STEAM education can help learners of all ages learn scientific literacy through the environment, and teachers learn how to incorporate environmental education into STEAM courses. In the past, Taiwan'senvironmental education was limited to the development of teaching plans, and many teaching materials lacked thebasis for environmental resource investigation. This research project takes the postgraduate students of the graduatecourse "Analysis and Criticism of Environmental Education Research" as the participants, and conducts resourceinvestigation with Yangmingshan National Park as the practice site to develop the environmental education teachingmaterials for the small rangers in the national park. In addition, the participating graduate students will managethe E-STEAM children's camp. Students must learn how to recruit camp members, camp propaganda and campactivity design. In this study, a single-group pre- and post-test was used to investigate the environmental attitudes ofthe students taking the course. Using Kose's (2011) College Students' Environmental Attitude Scale as a tool, theresults of the paired sample t-test found that in "I like to learn and understand some things about the environment" ,"I want to make a solution that helps solve environment-related problems", "I think hunting is an activity that shouldbe banned", "I think environmental pollution is the most important problem in nature" have significant difference, and the environmental attitude after the course was higher than the pre-test. Finally, interviews with focus groups onstudents' reflections and feedback on this course, and referring to the "Learning History File", found that the coursecontent of this project is rich and lively, and students think it is also a good practical experience for futureemployment. This course transforms learners into teachers. This course includes practical operations and interactivediscussions with peers, as well as camp leadership and manual design.
