Abstract
In recent years, “classic reading” and “character-moral education” are two important aims in higher education. I used to give a course about orient philosophy classic “Chuan-hsi-lu”, however, the teaching result is not as expected. Therefore, the course needs to be revised and adjusted. This time I will try to use “action research” to adjust the content of the course and rearrange the teaching activities by using the main method: “classic reading” to encourage self reflection and speculation on moral dilemma. This course aims to help students developing self-management, rational thinking and moral judgments. And finally, we can examine learning results through data gathering and analysis to finish presenting the practical results.
