Abstract
This project aims to collaborate with the "Nature Valley Environmental Trust Base" (referred to as Nature Valley) and is intended for general students and working professionals pursuing a Master's degree in the Department of Environmental and Cultural Resources. The research will focus on the classes "Environmental Resource Management" and "Environmental Management and Environmental Education" to facilitate experimental teaching. In addition to teaching the fundamentals of environmental resource management, the project aims to provide students with an understanding of the operations at Nature Valley. Furthermore, the project will involve the adaptation of the "Environmental Monopoly" game into a "Green Enterprise Monopoly" game, incorporating interactions related to environmental economics and integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) scenarios into stock cards and investment risks. For the final report, students will be required to design game-based lesson plans related to the economic and environmental management aspects or propose ESG-related collaborations between green enterprises and Nature Valley. Nature Valley personnel will be invited to evaluate the applicability and feasibility of the lesson plans and proposals, to provide practical insights for Nature Valley's future reference. Through this curriculum, the goal is to enhance students' economic literacy, environmental literacy, and employability in green careers.
