Abstract
With a pragmatic approach this year, we aim to cultivate students' practical skills in carbon disclosure, carbon inventory, environmental footprint disclosure, and carbon sequestration calculation. We aim to bridge the talent gap in ecological management by emphasizing theory and practice. We have also invited industry experts to deliver keynote speeches and lead hands-on projects in natural settings, enhancing students' employability in the green job market. This comprehensive training will prepare students to apply their skills in green jobs, corporate ESG, and sustainability initiatives, benefiting their career development and contributing positively to the Earth's environment.
