Abstract
In the education of software engineering, software development and project management are actually an important part. Project managers often need to carefully plan and coordinate the workload(effort)of each member in the operation of the development team to make the whole teamwork successfully, so that the entire project is completed on schedule and on budget. However, most domestic schools mostly make use of narrative teaching or grouping reports, which are usually inadequate in providing students with hands-on experience. As a result, the students who study in the course of study often fail to meet the needs of the industry. It causes the gap between learning and application. In fact, Software Development Scenario Simulation and Computer Aided Software Engineering Tools Showcase(CASE Tools Demo)plays a role in the course of teaching and practice experience. It provides a repeat operating environment, and a tool for student performance assessment, which can be based on individual needs, with the teaching process, make a suitable configuration. The Evidence-Based Research Project on Teaching Effectiveness focuses on the use of system dynamic model to create a simulated environment, by allowing students to use software development and project management tools for project tracking and management to express a specific teaching goal process. The main implementation of the project is to teach in class, extended reading and sharing of technical documents/reports, seminars on specific topics and invitation of industry experts, introducing computer-aided software engineering tools or showing free open-source software and on-the-spot practical operation. However, we also supplement a large number of business visits and cooperative learning with our students and share experiences, information exchange and knowledge transfer through Facebook, Twitter and other platforms.
