The laboratory focuses on high-performance and high-reliability third-generation semiconductor power ICs and system technologies. By integrating gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) power devices, we aim to develop power management ICs with advanced control architectures, packaging integration, and intelligent gate driving to support emerging applications such as AI servers, fast chargers, electric vehicles, and space communications.
