Dr. Lee’s academic interests cover a variety of topics, including transitional justice, digital rights and AI governance, comparative constitutional law, international human rights law, international humanitarian law and international criminal law. Her academic work has appeared in leading domestic and international journals, including International Journal of Human Rights, Health and Human Rights Journal, Asian Journal of Law and Society, ICL Journal-Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law, Law and Ethics of Human Rights, Rivista di diritto dei media, NTU Law Journal, Soochow Journal of Political Science, and Taiwan Human Rights Journal. She has also contributed book chapters published by Routledge, Springer, Edward Elgar Publishing, Cambridge University Press, and Boorberg Verlag.
李怡俐博士現職為清華大學科技法律研究所副教授。她擁有國立台灣大學法律學院法學博士，其論文獲得臺大法律學院傑出博士論文獎。2016年，其獲得美國傅爾布萊特獎助學金（Fulbright Research Grant），前往美國哈佛大學法學院人權研究中心與東亞法研究中心從事博士後研究。2018年，李博士加入清華大學科技法律研究所，擔任助理教授一職。李博士的研究領域為數位人權、國際人權法、國際人道法、國際刑事法與比較憲法等領域，其相關研究成果已陸續發表刊登於International Journal of Human Rights、Health and Human Rights Journal、Asian Journal of Law and Society、ICL Journal-Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law、Law and Ethics of Human Rights、Rivista di diritto dei media、臺大法學論叢、東吳政治學報與台灣人權學刊等國內外知名法學學術期刊。此外，其相關專書論文亦收入在Routledge、Springer、 Edward Elgar Publishing、Boorberg Verlag及劍橋大學出版社（Cambridge University Press）等國際出版社出版的專書。
